Absolutely! All our bands can handle those workouts, no problem.
Waterproof?
Our Tread and Fluoro bands are built for total water immersion. Perfect for
swimmers, surfers, and anyone who loves water adventures.
Water-Resistant?
The rest of our lineup can handle splashes and everyday wear, but we don't recommend swimming with them. (Think of our Canvas and Leather bands like your favorite pair of jeans – a little water won't ruin them, but they're happiest staying dry).
